Directions: Topical use. Spray HYDRA COLLECTION WILLIAM
GALHARDE INTENSE VOLUME SPRAY onto damp coat, in specific
areas where you want to add more volume, and then dry. For greater
volume and texture, apply to dry coat and comb through.
